Before you return a Silver or Gold products by Jewel Dezire, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our silver or gold products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through Jewel Dezire Quality Assurance Team before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

4 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

1. Please inform us within 15/30 days of receipt of order. You must email help@jeweldezire.com to notify us.

2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion by Jewel Dezire Quality Assurance Team to decide whether product is approved for return.

2.1. Any item that shows the sign of wear or have been altered, resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 days money back.

3. Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Assurance team has authorized the return we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.

4. Once the product is returned under our 15/30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your JewelDezireCash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

4.1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

4.2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

5. Silver and Gold products by Jewel Dezire will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

6. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Jewel Dezire. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

7. The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

Free Returns We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money back policy. If you prefer just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier over to pick it up from you.

Returns are only applicable on orders shipped within India

In case of a refund on 30 days Money back, payment of the refund amount shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of the payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

1. Genuine quality issues.

2. Packages lost in transit.

3. In case Silver and Gold product by Jewel Dezire discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 30 Day Money Back period. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire / jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

4. Package refused by recipient.

5. Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

7. Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

8. Customized (including personalized/engraved products) Jewellery is not eligible for a Money back, 30 Day exchange or Buyback. Only Life Lime Time Exchange Policy applies.

RESIZING & REPAIRS

  • In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • This feature is not available for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)
